Woke me up around 2, which in a way was fortunate as the power went out twice so I could reset my alarm for 5.

The last time I remember it being so spectacular here in the valley was about 30 yrs ago

It lit the landscape up so well I could see the cops sitting up the street staking out my neighbor's house.

Does anyone have pictures of this storm. I would love to see some posted.

Thanks

It didn't affect me at all. James Hatch is not shaken by the trivial.

A rock and roll light show complete with howling hounds, a welcome shower and some wee-hour quality time with critters and crew.
It was a party without the mess. Far from trivial in my book!

I'm glad that this storm didn't start any fires in the back country. I'd be glad to have a dozen more just like it.

Thank u for the video, that was so much fun. We finally had some good news and excitment in the OVN. No gang activity today, they can't tag when the cans are metal.

I was glad the noise woke me up because shortly after the lightning it began to rain and all my car windows were down.

kind of off topic but what is going on when the government is buying millions of coffins and storing them here in the us
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1MPgpK0uHfk&feature=related

Also why is the government ordering vaccines for a virus that is not supposed to exist?

can you say conspiracy theory?? What the hell does this even have to do with a lightning storm????????

I think the "little off the topic" writer is a little off his/her nut.
Yep, great pics Rob and Scott. The OV News Web site is pretty high notch for a podunk little town. Beats the crap outta Star and even the KEYT site from the high rent district to our northwest. I noticed a week or so ago the Star had copied your "breaking news" feature.

The government isn't going to bury us in coffins if we die in a pandemic. That would cost way too much of the money that they plan on keeping for themselves. No, they're going use bulldozers to push our rotting corpses into huge pits and then they'll cremate us. (Either that or they're going to turn us into sausage and sell us in the Third World in packages that have American flags and happy faces on them.)

But, hey, how about that storm?

Hey, that storm freakin' rocked! Bring on another one.

Sorry you think I am off my rocker. You must be in full denial as to what is going on. Turn off your tv and stop reading Zionist controlled media. BAA BAA now go back to sleep sheep

Wow. I lived in the valley nearly 20 years and I think I only ever heard it thunder one or two times. When I moved back east, I quickly learned what I had missed. Crack, rattle & roll.

engineered weather is on topic and I am firmly on my rocker. Did you see the tic tac toe con trails? One day before the lightning storm that we have not had in 8 yrs. look up weather control for California.

I do love natural weather
